I was recently Tboned at an intersection and had to have some serious work done. Insurance set up the repairs but a family member recommended we change the service center to Bowser. I am SO GLAD that I did!! It’s a miracle it made it to the Collision Center! The steering was off, something was leaking, everything was crunched and broken, and I was so upset. Fantastic turnaround and top notch work. We got our car back in less time than estimated and you wouldn’t even have been able to tell it was almost totaled. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent experience, great quality of work, and very fair pricing

Took my car here to have the steering wheel airbag installed and the driver's window fixed. As far as I can tell they did a good job on both of those items. My complaints are: (1) It took a month and I had to reach out each time to ask for updates. They didn't notify me of extra delays. (2) They left quite a few pieces of glass in the car including on the seats and inside the seat belt receiver. I needed to remove the glass from the seat belt receiver with a knife just to be able to ...

They were not bad, just have a limited vehicle choice. Ended up with a Mercedes for a rental which was nice, paid the difference. Why I gave a four, I called a couple of times to get a different car and they never had a vehicle. I guess everyone's car was either totaled like mine or other collisions. For ten days.

I had a paint recall on my vehicle, I had been “working” with another collision center for almost a year, in a constant run around with them. I was referred to Bowser Collision Center, Tom Solo was my contact and he is terrific! Had the approval for the repair the same day I met with him, paint was completed within the week! Easy experience and great to work with!

I've had a few vehicles repaired here. I've worked in a body shop and they do as good of a job as most places. I had one issue where the clear coat came off after a repair while washing the truck. I called them up and they fixed it right away with no hassle. They work well with my insurance, I've never had any hassle. I'd bring my everyday driver here again.

I rear-ended another car on 51 on a Friday afternoon. Bowser Collision was in network with our insurance, so we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They handled the tow & had an estimate with all parts ordered by that Wednesday. Bowser had my car completely fixed just 12 business days later! Scott was communicative & honest. From wreck to taking it back home, it was a total of 3 weeks. Could not be more pleased! My car was returned to me cleaned, vacuumed, & looking brand new.

Dropped my car off to get work done they gave me a loaner I was in and out 10 minutes

Paint work wasnt clean, but the paint did match. They claim they wont do other work on my truck because i didnt buy it from bowser. I thimk that sucks..... why did they do the paint then ??

Had a minor bumper scrape, everyone very helpful, offered least to most expensive options, no pressure.

Very fast to give the estimate and make the repairs. Given the disruption in auto supplies, (I have A Honda, especially hard hit), they had the repair done In less then a month. As of this writing, some places were estimating 2 to 7 months! Thanks to Bowser Collision Center, my wait wasn't nearly as long and the vehicle looks brand new! Staff is courteous and transparent throughout the entire process as well.

Car was repaired on time and easy to work with, from the initial drop-off to renting a car to picking up, good people who made the fact my car was smashed up less stressful. Bowser service has always been first class, car felt good as new when completed.

They are fast and kind. They will try to serve you as best as they can. I brought my car to repair after I got rear-ended and they fixed it in a day. The only thing that I can't explain is how the service came out to be the exact same of the insurance estimate. But that's a minor unanswered question. Overall I'm really happy with their job and they clean after themselves which is important

Work is good when it’s finally done but I had to come back 3 times to get it actually completed perfectly. The staff are friendly and kind but it’s very frustrating to keep having to come back. EDIT: the final time they said they would get the car from me since I have 2 small kids and live kind of far. The rental car people are very nice and accommodating. I couldn't believe they cleaned my car inside and out! It was pretty dirty i pretty much work out of it. I have zero complaints about the repair job and the customer service too!

Dropped my 2015 Mini Cooper S off for repairs after being hit by a deer. There was significant damage done to the front end of the car.
