I was recently Tboned at an intersection and had to have some serious work done. Insurance set up the repairs but a family member recommended we change the service center to Bowser. They were not bad, just have a limited vehicle choice. Ended up with a Mercedes for a rental which was nice, paid the difference. Why I gave a four, I called a couple of times to get a different car and they never had a vehicle. I guess everyone's car was either totaled like mine or other collisions. For ten days.
I had a paint recall on my vehicle, I had been “working” with another collision center for almost a year, in a constant run around with them.
